Passengers must carry the submitted documents on the date of the trip.    

It is the pax’s responsibility to present a document at boarding; if they do not carry it, they will not be able to board and there will be no refund by the Contracted Party

Minors under 16 unaccompanied by their legal guardians may only board and participate with authorization as per Resolution No. 295/2019-CNJ –Registered at a Notary Office (the company is not responsible for minors)
