1ST DAY –POA/CAMBARÁ /ITAIMBEZINHO-ACCOMMODATION IN A HOSTEL IN PRAIA GRANDE   

06:00 in the morning, boarding at LARGO DA EPATUR

We will head toward the Serra Gaúcha

The first stop will be 125 km from POA, in SÃO FRANCISCO DE PAULA

We will take a 2km walk around the Beautiful Lago São Bernardo, a place of peace, fresh air and tranquility, one of the postcard sights of São Chico, which has on its shores the wonderful historic building of the HOTEL CAVALINHO BRANCO, a former casino built in 1930 and renovated after the 70s to become this welcoming hotel.

We will drive another 40 km toward CAMBARÁ DO SUL, where we will stop to “FILL OUR BELLIES” at Café Tainhas –(NOT INCLUDED)

After coffee we will head to the PARQUE NACIONAL DOS APARADOS DA SERRA-The Park is a Brazilian conservation unit for the Full Protection of Nature, located in the SERRA GERAL and encompassing several CANYONS over 13 thousand hectares, which form the natural border between RS and SC.

THE BEST-KNOWN CANYON IS ITAIMBEZINHO, 130 million years old. Its name comes from TUPI GUARANI and means SHARP STONE. It is 06 km long and 750 meters high-PARK ADMISSION INCLUDED .

WE WILL DO TWO TRAILS

THE FIRST IS THE TRILHA DO VÉRTICE, 03 km round trip and approximately two hours long. On it we will see the BEGINNING OF THE CANYON, where the two walls meet, the CASCATA DAS ANDORINHAS, formed by a huge volume of water that runs along the RIO PERDIZ and falls from a height of 700 METERS toward the bottom of the Canyon, and the CASCATA DO VÉU DE NOIVA, formed by the ARROIO PREÁ. But the most wonderful thing is the feeling of WALKING ALONG THE EDGES OF THIS GREEN GIANT. On the way back we will stop at the SÍTIO DO SEU MARCAL E DONA MARIA, where local handicrafts are made and where we can have a SNACK (NOT INCLUDED)

THE SECOND TRAIL IS THE TRILHA DO COTOVELO, a 06 km round-trip route lasting approximately 03:00. Even though it is a long walk, it is EASY LEVEL, as it is flat and open. We will see VIEWPOINTS with spectacular views of the CANYON WALLS AND OF THE RIO DO BOI, which runs at the bottom of the PERAU (As this type of formation is called by the locals).

On leaving the Park we will stop and visit a HONEY PRODUCERS’ COOPERATIVE, with its extremely high-quality products. Afterwards we will leave for PRAIA GRANDE TO GET TO THE HOSTEL

ECOHOSTEL CANIÔNS –It has 01 Suite with bathroom (two people), 01 Double room (2 people), 01 Room with two double beds (04 people), 01 Room with 2 bunk beds (four people), 01 Room with 03 bunk beds (06 people). It has a common bathroom, an outdoor bathroom, a shared kitchen, a barbecue area, a campfire space, a hammock area and a kiosk- BED LINEN PROVIDED /TOWELS NOT PROVIDED (INCLUDED 01 OVERNIGHT STAY WITH BREAKFAST )

ITAIMBEZINHO HOSTEL- It has 01 Suite with bathroom (two people), 02 Rooms with 01 double bed and 01 single bed (three people each), 01 Room with a double bed and 03 bunk beds (08 people). All rooms have a bathroom; shared kitchen-BED LINEN PROVIDED /TOWELS NOT PROVIDED   (INCLUDED 01 OVERNIGHT STAY WITH BREAKFAST)

2ND DAY –BOIA CROSS ON THE RIO MAMPITUBA AND CÂNION MALACARA TRAIL

08:30 After Breakfast, check-out and departure to the Agency to do the BOIA CROSS

09:00 Meeting at the Agency with the BOIA CROSS TEAM-A GREAT ACTIVITY TO CONNECT WITH NATURE-THE RIVER DESCENT ON TUBES will provide unique moments, a MIX OF ADRENALINE IN LEVEL 1 AND 2 RAPIDS, and moments of PURE RELAXATION as you glide along the CRYSTAL-CLEAR WATERS OF THE RIO MAMPITUBA and its beautiful natural pools surrounded by the CANYONS AND PRESERVED, WILD NATURE! At times you will be able to jump into the water and just enjoy a moment of PURE RELAXATION! The route is 3 km long and takes approximately 01:30! The activity, from check-in at the agency, will last around 02:30. The equipment and a guide are included, ensuring your safety and fun.

13:30 We will start our walk through the CANION MALACARA-It is an impressive canyon in the Parque Nacional da Serra Geral, near Praia Grande (SC), FAMOUS FOR ITS TRAILS THAT LEAD TO BEAUTIFUL NATURAL POOLS, a route of about 4km (round trip) with rocks, forest and a river crossing, requiring a guide and offering natural beauty and an immersive experience, with LEGENDS ABOUT A HORSE and rock formations such as the “CASTELO DE GRAYSKULL”.

16:30 Approximately, return to POA, stopping in OSÓRIO –MIRANTE MORRO DA BORUSSIA-It is a famous tourist spot that offers a 360° panoramic view of the city, its lagoons, the Parque Eólico and the coast, and it is a place for adventure sports such as paragliding and hang gliding, with free admission and colonial establishments.

The boarding point will be the same as the drop-off point on arrival     

Upon confirmation, we need, up to 03 days before the chosen date, the full names and RG numbers with the issuing agency of the pax for the Travel List; for children without an RG, a copy of the birth certificate must be sent. Passengers must carry the submitted documents on the date of the trip.    

Presenting a document at boarding is the responsibility of the pax; if they do not carry it, they will not be able to board and there will be no refund by the Contractor

Minors under 16 unaccompanied by their legal guardians may only board and participate with an authorization according to Resolution No. 295/2019-CNJ –Registered at a Notary Office (the company is not responsible for minors)     

Children in the vehicle count as one passenger regardless of age 

The consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the vehicles is prohibited

To guarantee the age-based discounts at the park, you must carry the documents on the day of the trip; if the pax do not carry the proper documents, they are responsible for the price difference to be charged by the park. 

THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT IF THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS REQUIRED TO OPERATE IT IS NOT REACHED! IN THIS CASE, THE AMOUNTS PAID WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL!
