11:00 TO 12:00 PAX BOARDING THE CRUISE (NOT INCLUDED)

NOVEMBER 29 –SUNDAY -PAX DISEMBARKATION AND RETURN TO POA, SAME DEPARTURE LOCATION

Transportation will be provided to the PORTO DE SANTOS, where the routes will be carried out as described  

The drop-off point at the PORT will be the same boarding point for the return to POA

The boarding point at the start of the trip will be the same for drop-off       

Upon confirmation, we need, up to 03 days before the chosen date, the full names, RG and CPF numbers with the issuing agency of the pax for the Travel List; for children without an RG, a copy of the birth certificate must be sent. Passengers must carry the submitted documents on the date of the trip.    

It is the pax’s responsibility to present a document at boarding; if they do not carry it, they will not be able to board and there will be no refund by the Contracted Party

Minors under 16 unaccompanied by their legal guardians may only board and participate with authorization as per Resolution No. 295/2019-CNJ –Registered at a Notary Office (the company is not responsible for minors) -they must present the requested document for access to the stadium –SEE INSTRUCTIONS  

Children in the vehicle count as one passenger regardless of age 

Consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the vehicles is prohibited

THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT IF THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS REQUIRED TO OPERATE THE ITINERARY IS NOT REACHED! IN THIS CASE, THE AMOUNTS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL!

CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATIONS WITH A 50% REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID UP TO 20 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP
